There's a few things I did to build them up rather quickly: •Add lots of active friends and get light from them each day •Try trading hearts with friends that you can rely on to send a heart back •Make sure to buy all the hearts you can from Regular Spirits, past Seasons' guides, and Traveling Spirits •Do your best to complete a Season's quests when the Season is still live, since the hearts it can give will be free •Look out for Double Gift events (Days of Giving should be coming soon) •Just ask for hearts through Shared Memories (try to record your Shared Memory in popular areas that people hang around at for a while, and maybe try to be helpful by providing a recharge with a candle)

I still prefer the older system more at the moment, but the current one is looking good right now. I feel that, that's my mindset going into Days of Bloom. Admittedly, last year's Mischief cosmetics situation was a blessing in disguise for those that didn't have much candles. I hope the prices on last year's new items aren't too expensive in candles or hearts this year. Yep. The Ocean Wave hair was why I expected the Spider Bun to be IAP. Makes me wonder why the former is, honestly. And honestly I didn't know what I was expecting the broom would be since I was expecting the cauldron to be IAP too XD but like you, I'm not upset it's not IGC. I would've absolutely bought the Witch Hat if it was... actually a hat and not glued to a specific hairstyle T^T and the Spider Quiff hair is super cool to have anyways, but yeah probably not a lot of clothes that can work with it at the moment unfortunately.
