I was going to get bariatric surgery in 2010 but I backed up and was already in the process of getting my surgery I wasn’t obese that’s why I backed up on my surgery day i was really young and I was this close to getting into the process I did the process of bariatric surgery like 3 times I even did the classes, the testing and etc, but till this day my dr still offers me bariatric surgery ‘ I did my research about bariatric surgery, gastric sleeve and gastric bypass for many years now 😌

I’ve had a lazy eye since 4 or 5 I’ve been wearing glasses as often as possible recently going among other old stuff I found my old glasses eye patch and words or numbers through my left eye is so blurry even putting a screen with words up to my face it’s just about readable and still very blurry I might need to renew my glasses prescription but for now I’m gonna train my eye to the best of my ability so I can see properly again lol (I’m only 13 so better wear em whilst I’m still youngish so I don’t have to wear glasses when I’m older)

Wow - I led the project from 2008-2020. Great to see this happening as the Barry Building was at least 100 years past its prime (first earmarked for demolition and renewal in 1929 by the Hospital Board!)

You can only ask your doctor questions if they'll actually give you an appointment. I've been taking 20mg carbimazole for nearly 2 years and my GP has not given me an appointment or discussed anything with me the whole time. I get text messages to get blood tests, nobody will tell me what the tests are for or what the results are. I was hyperthyroid in hospital, assume I am now hypothyroid as I have gained 22Kg in 6 months.

I was a first year student from Abroad, studying at what is now the University of Brighton that year. After the days studies I went to a discotheque called the pink Coconut right close to the beach . It was a beautiful Friday night and the club was packed .Dressed in a black suit with white shirt and bow tie I wanted to think I looked cool! My friend and I met a couple of girls and left the club at 2.00 am in the morning with them . We stopped at a Turkish Donner kebab place , picked up a wrap each and headed down to the beach where we sat facing a well lit building ..The Grand hotel! At 3.00 am or so while we were "necking" , the bomb went off and shrapnel flew around! Within minutes siren and mayhem began !! I remember that some revelers had set a bonfire on the beach and the "bobbies " were all over them ..!! A year or two later I took my then girl friend for dinner on her birthday ! I did not know I need a jacket to dine at that fine establishment but discreetly the maitre d' guided me to a wardrobe and found me a Jacket and the evening was saved! It cost me 50 quid plus tip in 1986 money! lol The IRA again bombed malls and other public areas ..ruthlessly , I might add! After that I started seeing more police with guns!
