Sorry, I didn’t get a chance to film the sandstorm just the rain. We were walking under double Arches, a somewhat popular spot within Arches National Park. As we hiked up into the cave the arch created we felt the wind Pick Up and the People Sitting on the Cliff started getting nervous and jokingly screaming. A few minutes passed we looked around and all that, then the wind blew up to probably 30mph which is crazy for the desert. With one eye half opened I slid Under a rock to keep from getting pelted by the rocks and sand. Low-key thought I was bout to get wedged under a rock. After what felt like 10 minutes (probably 2 ) the wind died down enough to keep the sand down. And I slid out from under the rock. As we began to run the 1/4 mile back to the truck the wind picked up and it started raining. Needless to say we made it out in one piece and now have a cool story to tell but dang. That was Wild😂

The Rain In the Desert is Very rare and it rained almost all six days we were out there.
