The running belt offset is a fixable problem. Could you please confirm if the belt is shifting to the left or the right? Here's how you can correct it: If the belt is drifting to the left or right: 1. Use a hex wrench to adjust the bolt on the respective side. 2. Set the treadmill speed to 3 MPH and turn the hex wrench clockwise by 90°. 3. Allow the treadmill to run for 2 minutes after each adjustment, then check if the belt is centered. 4. If the belt is still not centered, repeat the process until it is.
