$900K and I'm guessing $1000/month or more in HOA fees? There's definitely some luxury with this unit, but I don't know if I see enough luxury to justify the expense of this particular unit. It's certainly not an "investment property".

My question since I'm in Florida I see the condo crisis crashing market due to higher insurance and master policy HOA etc people are walking away and just abandoning or taking any offers for places because of the high reassessments and taxes. Is any of this happening down there? HOA Cost in that place? Short Term Rentals allowed? Pets? What is the occupancy of the entire unit complex or mostly seasonal residents? Thanks!

This is a beautiful area. One of my favorite places on the island. We love to eat breakfast at Deep End. I know Peter and Karen Gunzinger (I hope I got that right) used to live in this area. Do you know which house it was. You could see Green Cay well from it. We went to a party there back in 1975 and the view was so awesome. Great folks now living in Switzerland.

I walked this property about a year ago but it was off market at the time. I love the beach- so many options. They cleaned up the pool also when I saw it.

Nice but I would have to say no I want a kitchen with an island or it having more of an open concept look.

I love it. Questions: A). Are those shutters going to allow seepage coming in from hard rainstorms? Thats the only protection to the rooms? B). No other form of shutters ever considered for hurricanes? Door shutters, Rolladens? C). Is it a real historical site that dictates what you can and can't do to the home form modifications, improvements or changes to structure? D). Do you have regular electricity from the town and the generators are for emergency? E). How many gallons does the current systern hold? Average usage for bath, laundry, showers etc? Gallons per week or month? How often do you have to have that refilled?

Thanks Chris! It's been six years now since my wife and I last made that walk as we had so many times in years past. Brought back some great memories. I'm glad to see they are working on the streets. I almost lost a Toyota Echo in a pothole in front of Harvey's on Church Street several years back. Hopefully, with the bypass, the big trucks won't tear up the streets so much.
