Hotel Balajis manager and both his staffs behaviour are so rude .. room conditions are not so good . Before advance payment they told me that I have to book my room for 48 hours. If I leave the hotel before that time then I have to pay the full amount . Mattress bed sheet pillows are so dirty. When I told the manager about the room . He directly denied my complaint. One of his assistants is so rude . Bed sheet pillow covers are so dirty .Please don't book this hotel .
