Tchami - Ghosts (feat. HANA) [Heretixx Remix] {Official Lyric Video} | Heretixx | (2024)
A few years ago, Tchami released his debut album 'Year Zero'. It's one of my favorite EDM albums ever and I have it on vinyl (I never collect vinyl records). Around the same time, Tchami released the stems to a couple songs on the album for a remix competition, 'Ghosts' being one of them. I downloaded the stems but I never submitted to the remix competition because I didn't feel I was good enough to win at that time.
Fast forward to 2024, I felt like I finally had an idea that would do the original song justice, and make Tchami proud (no pun intended).It still took me about a year to finish the record because I wanted to make sure it was absolutely perfect, and I'm extremely proud of how it turned out. I feel like it really highlights the depths of the knowledge of the nuances of music production I've acquired over the last 4 years.
I hope you guys enjoy this record as much as I enjoyed making it. There were times that were a struggle, but there were also times that I was jumping up and down and going absolutely ballistic while making this record in the studio. While my goal was to make this an official remix, I've decided to just let you guys have it for free as a thanks for your support over the years.
