Hi, the name is Kyle. I survived the harsh world of DnD as an archer, I do a variety of games, from farming sim, RTS, Strategy, MMO, indiegames, to FPS. I used to be a troll hunter, and now I am running my tavern trying to save up to restore a castle from the ruins.

Rule 1 of collecting pokemon: if you buy something sealed NEVER OPEN IT. If you want the single cards or the master set just by those
that is some of the worse advice i have ever seen someone give 🤦♂
@@HammerWarington if you want to buy 100€ of boosters to find (on average) 30-40€ of random cards go for it. There is currently no pokemon product with Expected Value even at half of the MSRP/ resell value of the sealed products.
Heavily disagree. Do that if you don’t like the set. But personally in some sets I think that even the commons look awesome. Sure I’m making a huge loss by opening it financially but it’s so much fun to pull cards yourself. I agree with you that there’s a point where people should swap to buying singles bc ripping packs left and right just for one SIR that you will never pull is beyond stupid.

There is no reason to ever open anything sealed. Just spend the same amount of money in singles and you'll end up with an amazing collection. I hate how having a gambling addition is normalized in the pokemon tcg community.
@@Alex-bc3gz Dude what part of “I enjoy commons too” did you not get? I open a few boosters if I like THE ENTIRE SET here and there. Because I get equally hyped about pulling a 5c Kanda card as I get when I pull a cool EX. Also, trading is fun. Believe it or not but some of us actually like the artworks and don’t just go after the big shiny hits. I don’t wanna order a 5c common card, unless it’s the only card I enjoy. Sure I could just order the entire set for way less but where’s the fun in that? You say you hate how gambling addiction is normalised and to some extent I agree. As I said I think it’s stupid that people keep ripping packs even if they already have a play set of every common card. That’s dumb, at that point it’s better to buy singles. But I also hate how some collectors are just in it for the money. Who cares if I lose a few bucks here and there if I had fun, enjoy playing and trading? That’s worth it for me. I don’t just pay for the cards I pay for the fun and enjoyment and thrill of what I’m going to get. Do you know how hyped I was when I pulled my stupid Gloom common? I was so hyped because I pulled it myself. I also enjoy going through bulk bins for sets like Shrouded Fable because ordering commons doesn’t fill me with joy at all but I still don’t wanna open packs bc I barely like any cards in that set.
I collected pokemon cards as a kid and got back into it with this exact etb because I love the art rares(trying to collect as many as I can from any set), IT IS SUCH A COOL SET. I'm also biased because I pulled the alt art mew and it's now my favourite card.
Paldean fates was a great starting point! There are shinies, gorgeous full arts and nice hits. All around a good price and bang for buck! enjoy the process my friend

*SPOILER ALERT* When you hear a plane, you can check your map for a big circle that labeled as air drop. You can loot the air drop, but becareful because there will always be a couple of scavs and hunter around the air drop. The air drop is colored blue. It is filled to the brim woth goods, and will decrease overtime until you open it That aside, i like your zero sievert playthrough! 👍

Bro fr I don't wanna be mean, but if you really desire to become full time twitch streamer first you gotta focus on making content exclusively for UA-cam, aswell as short form content, if not and you keep only streaming it'll be extremely difficult for you to grow, as matter of a fact it is impossible to grow nowadays by just streaming. Make content for UA-cam, UA-cam Shorts and Tiktok, and it will let you become a streamer. Good luck and keep it up 👍👍
