I love this type of video. I use the Greek yogurt for my topping for chili and tacos . I love it . I’ll be making the taco meal for my son and I for the week as I work during the week and don’t have time to make healthy meals now .

Girl me too. I never dealt with allergies until the last couple years. I live in Northeast Texas and it’s been so bad. I also got a humidifier. Didn’t do much. I do allergy eye drops, Afrin nose spray and 1/2 and allergy pill at night and it helps. I don’t get it. What’s in the air these days!

Could you have allergies to the oils or creams you use....our daughter is allergic to certain trees and using the oil of that tree brought on reaction...just a thought...I will pray for you today

Kelsey, I feel your agony. I started with allergies when i was younger and we moved to the country. As i get older they have changed from fall to spring. I have used prescription meds and otc meds. All seem to make me either hyper or drowsy. I now use local honey. A tablespoon a day regardless of the season and it works great! Find a local bee keeper and give it a try.

The last couple of years my allergies have been off the charts. A person can develope allergies anytime in their life. I went to an Allergist and got tested. I'm allergic to so much! Dogs, (we have 2), dust mites, different molds, trees, weeds, and grasses. I've been taking allergy shots since the end of summer without much relief yet. We live in south central Texas. Keeping dry air in your home is suppose to help with dust mites, although I've not seen much improvement. All it seems to do is cause fly away hair and dry skin. I sure hope y'all start feeling better real soon. ❤ 🙏

Remember to change out your air filter in your heater...often can help with dust...like every 2 weeks

Try pseudofed, not the over the counter one. Pseudofed you have to ask the pharmacist for and sign for it. It cost around 6 dollars. You don't have to have a prescription for it.
