Fantastic will bring a smile to anyone's face.
A lab that can't swim? Surely an oxymoron?
💙💙💙💙💙💙💙

I just found your channel and LOVE watching your build! How big is the green house? I'm hoping to do an attached greenhouse to my someday strawbale home! <3
This is so cool! How good is the insulation value if it's more loosely packed? I know strawbale walls are super insulatory, so I was curious how well light clay straw walls do comparatively! :D
Didn’t realize you guys were from WA :) We grew up in Monroe/Snohomish! Will be great to get all your stuff down here with you 🎉
Excellent video. You are great. I do not have the experience to drive a tractor. What is your advice? I drove a stickshift pickup track. you have good heart
Hey there. Where did you guys rent this from?
A place in Tucson. I think it's called creco
Excellent! I will be doing the same in a few weeks!
Looks like you had to give Groot a little haircut so he’d fit in the room!
I’ve been looking for free or cheap windows for weeks. Do you have a secret getting spot? Also in Cochise County ❤️ Fun watching your build.
We got them through a miss order from Window Depot. Basically, we just got really lucky.
Looks like great fun in the sun!
Excellent.
Looked like a win-win in the end! :D
No clay? I didn’t know you could do it like that:) I’m pretty sure I’m going to do a experiment with sawdust insulation in a tiny home and I was going to use clay slip but I don’t have much so it would be nice to save it for plaster. I will look more into mud slip! Thanks for the idea.
Our soil (mud) had the perfect coat to sand ratio so we don't have to add any. If you're looking for a good clay source, check out your local pretty store. We got 50lb bags of Lincoln Fire Clay for under $20. We plastered our entire interior with it (videos to follow)
Curious what the clay percent was in your native soil.
Team work makes the dream work!
Nice video and cool build! Slang that mud!
Awww that’s nice you fed them. ❤❤❤

Excellent video. Lot to learn. I knew Simple Pa and Brain
You're much braver than I am! Those cows are massive close up!
That’s awesome. Did they release the snake? ❤😊
We did. We put it right under the RV, hoping it'll eat the mice!
@@roadrunnerflats 😃👍We had a mouse in here the other night. I don’t see that many snakes around here, but I’ve seen a few. They have plenty to eat.
Very awesome when people come together and help each other. Good job you all for the hard work and effort.
Looks great guys!!
Heh. Most people want to avoid rust; but there's no question that the panels look better when not so shiny. It's amazing that you got results overnight! Do you plan to allow the metal to continue rusting, or use a clear finish/sealant to keep them looking as they do now? Your videos are very well done!
They are just cosmetic so rusty works for us. Yes we are going to stop the rusting and add a sealer. Thanks for asking!
Thank you for the videos you've shared with us. They are informative, and the music is great! Did you look into alternatives to a classic septic system? We plan to look into a composting toilet and grey-water reclamation when we start our owner-build project in Cochise County (a bit further to the east of Bisbee).
We have a set up for grey water recycling but did not look into composting. Ask the Supporters of the Cochise County Building Permit Opt-Out group. They'll have info for you on that.
@@roadrunnerflats Thanks for your reply. I will do that.
Oh you can install it yourself didn’t think you could in AZ. But this is good knowledge thanks
Excellent video, good work
I guess the only thing I'd say is missing is porcupineing the wood so the mix has something to grab on to and not completely fall out later down the road.. But it does look beautiful and admire your work ethic 😊
The wire mesh attaches them to the walls. I debated adding nails to the bottom like with the slip straw, but opted against it because I didn't feel like stabbing the cans. No reason you couldn't, though.
@@roadrunnerflats totally gotcha thanks !
Thanks!. Is there a reason to alternate which way the opening of the can faces? Do you prefer cans over bottles? Why to whichever you prefer. Are there any other often thrown-away items you like to keep for building walls?
The can tabs help the mud layer stick, so that's why we rotated them. Bottles are great, too, but you either have to cut them (to make bottle bricks), or have the opening buried to prevent things from moving in, so you don't get the light showing through. Both work.
Excellent video. lot to learn
Nice tractoring :) We wish you lots of luck with filming this!!!
That is great work. Job well done 👏
What tool is that?! I want one!!
It's called a pain nailer... They're only $35 or so, but you need an air compressor, too.
Excellent video, Mam
Sir/mam, Excellent video. You have excellent knowledge and skilled about job also Good heart to help people. lot to learn
Yay! Congrats on your property and getting started on UA-cam 🎉🎉🎉 We were born and raised in Snohomish/Monroe area…you’re gonna LOVE all the sunshine down here ☀️
Looking really good!
Excellent video I am your fan day one, I bought 38 acres near bisbee 2018. still I did not build anything yet. Would mind to give Septic Tank Installation gentel man phone number. Hope you will not mind
American septic in Sierra Vista did the soils test for the permit. We installed the septic ourselves. I'll post a video of it soon.
@@roadrunnerflats Excellent you are very skilled person
Awesome! I'm up in yavapai county with 20 acres
Excellent video. Lot to learn
