Great podcast Lachlan, I’m a 45yr old male from Australia, going through very similar situation as Chad in regards to cancer, was diagnosed 6yrs ago stage 4 nasopharyngeal carcinoma, went through 6 months of radiation/ chemo, hard times , recovered well, had a negative scan 3 yrs ago was told was terminal ( government hospital ) very hard news to process as you can imagine. Decided I was not going to accept this and began a journey on health and mindset, found a oncologist that said yes you can do immunotherapy, ( private ) been doing that for 3yrs now but recently had a scan that came back with a small progression, I’ve been doing ice baths , sauna, very regular exercise and now keto / carnivore diet with fasting around the chemo day as well as a recent low testosterone blood test which made me investigate how important that is also , now on TRT , which has been a major driver, So this podcast regarding how to tap into the importance of controlling your mindset is really amazing, I will be adding this to my protocol. Much appreciate you doing these interviews. Thought I’d just put it out there to give inspiration to any others that there are tools you can add to life to take control through discipline and hard work that hopefully through time positively affect your desired outcomes. BTW which no doctor will tell you works, even though there are many vids online and research that support these activities. Keep it up the good work ❤
