I know this video is old but there’s so many things not correct about this process. For a bleaching,especially in African American hair you should never use anything higher than 20 vol developer to lighten the hair. You also should never go in directly in the root when applying color/bleach because you created hot roots. The sections are too thick so it processed unevenly. The hair should have been toned also, it’s really yellow. Foils would help separate the two areas so the blend would mesh better. Precutting the hair would have avoided using unnecessary products since you cut a great deal off.
