I am gonna be totally honest I don't think heather deserves an S tier. I respect your opinion but i do have some problems with her. She is a great character and does a lot to piss off the viewers which is a good thing. Her villain thing was fun too however the bad thing about her is that is that for some reason she has plot armour. Like when watching this season i was keep questioning on why isn't SHE eliminated not that she pissed me of but because its literally so clear she is evil. Me personally I'd put her at A or B tier kind of going with the b tho.
