Ordered the TBH-R1 in mid-cut at 20% discount about 3 months ago with a ten-week (that's two and a half months) lead time. After waiting about three months, was told that said helmet is no longer in production, even though it still shows available for purchase on their website. Ridiculous. Edit: 'bout three days after posting the above comment, their website was finally updated to read "Discontinued".

Great Products but your customer service really is crap. Over 28 days and 22 calls and still no replacement products. You guys are hot garbage when it comes to dealing with individual customers, when it is not huge military or government contract. I personally don't understand how to continue to operate in the private sector!

Why is it so hard to get someone on the phone with your company. Great product, but horrible customer care and service!

I love how we are starting to finally transition into powered armor systems, I can’t wait to see the 5k Plate carrier that will eventually be made to connect with this. That being said, this helmet is a nightmare, you’re going to have to damn near take off your helmet just to turn your strobe on, or turn your flashlights on. The wiring tape seems very fragile and is damn near unsupported inside the rail, it’s one drop/blast away from shorting out. I really like the idea but there are definitely some improvements I would suggest to make this system more operator friendly, and fail safe.

Ngl those eye protection pretty much sucked for me since they would always fall and never really stuckued to my helmet and just kept falling and thehy pretty much fogged with any face protection im wearing.

Too much tech will always be awful in real life combat situations. More prone to failure and a lot harder to fix
