Really helpful video, thank you. I had got the Hepa filter out, and just couldn't get it back! Do you have any advice on cleaning the Turbo TecQ head? Does it come apart at all? My old Dyson came apart so you could properly get all the long hair out. Many thanks, Ouvrielle

do not buy ...it auto stops after using for about one minute and then it will not start for at least 5-10 minutes ... you can hardly cut one onion in 10 minutes

1) Miele has a Hepa airclean livetime filter and cannot be replaced, but dust comes also on this filter, bad. What can couse a overheating motor, dust in the motor, motor break. 2) the transparant holder for dust, has two klep hinge and that is a weak point and will break. We all can see that this is not a livetime hepa airclean filter. And this for a 267 to 500 euro machine, Miele must do better!!! No, Miele is not always better.

Hi thanks for the video, does anyone know how to take the turbo brush head apart to deep clean it?

You can buy FireWire cards for cheap these days, but they’re mostly for desktops, not laptops. That would be your best option though, as then you’re transferring digital video to your computer. Using the Dazzle, you’re converting digital DV video to analog, then back to digital, and you definitely lose quality in the process. If that’s your only option though, this method will definitely work.

You don't show how to get the little mesh filter off, you say it is easy, you seem to struggle with it but the video does not show how. The same with the filter in the canister. You say to press the button, what button?
