Electromagnetic vibration generates power:
Vertical vibration: A pulse electromagnet is installed at the bottom of the hopper of the vibration plate. When the pulse electromagnet is energized, the current passing through the coil will generate a magnetic field. The change of the magnetic field causes the iron core of the electromagnet to produce an attraction and release action. This periodic attraction and release causes the hopper to vibrate in the vertical direction. This is a key step in enabling the needle-type material to obtain the initial upward momentum. The vertical vibration allows the material to have a tendency to overcome gravity and move upward.
Twist-pendulum vibration: The hopper is usually connected to an inclined spring sheet. While vibrating vertically, due to the inclination angle and elasticity of the spring sheet, the hopper will be driven to perform torsional pendulum vibration around its vertical axis. This torsional pendulum vibration allows the material to continuously change its position and direction in the hopper, which helps to disperse and evenly arrange the material and prevent the material from piling up or getting stuck in the hopper.
Tracks guide material movement:
The inner wall of the hopper of the 30-track needle-type vibration plate is designed with a spiral track, and the number of tracks is 30. When the hopper vibrates, the needle-type material will gradually rise along the spiral track under the combined action of vertical vibration and torsional vibration. These spiral tracks guide and constrain the materials, ensuring that the materials move in a specific direction and trajectory.
During the rising process, the materials will be continuously screened and adjusted by the tracks. Due to the particularity of the shape and size of the needle-shaped materials, the shape, width, depth and other parameters of the tracks are carefully designed to adapt to the characteristics of the needle-shaped materials. Only materials that meet the requirements can continue to rise smoothly and reach the discharge port.
