Evie works with Mr. Weaversbrook to free the papers from the Ripper craze. With the letters of madmen out of the public reading, they can cease making this madman a Legend. Later, Evie tracks down the prisoners of Jack the Ripper to a Deep Port on the end of the Thames. Jack, however, is never far behind...

Evie moves in on "Lady O", Jack's eyes and ears in London, learning new layers of the puzzle as she claims another target. There are consequences, and The Ripper sees all.

Sam and Veronica return from Cottonwood Cove, where Veronica sees firsthand the living conditions of The Legion. After returning to the safety of Novac and meeting Boone, the two take to the road for New Vegas where Sam intends to show Veronica two locations. For the NCR: Camp McCarren, the largest force and headquarters of the NCR in the Mojave. Then, they stop in to Freeside's Old Mormon Fort...

Sam returns to the Mojave Wasteland, his passion for the fight against the Legion, and to help the NCR is reignited by his trials in Zion. On his way back to Novac to store keepsakes and re-equip himself with his usual equipment he stops by the 188 Trading Post. Here, he happens upon an unlikely ally, and an oppurtunity to change a long since soured relationship for the NCR...

Evie assists Nellie and Inspector Abberline quell the hysteria and chaos afflicting the city by displacing the now corrupt Rooks and protecting the Prostitutes of London.

It is 1888, and in London's Whitechapel a killer stalks the streets. Jacob Frye remains the sole guardian of the city...for now.

The Frye Twins enter into the Secret Service of Her Grace, Queen Victoria, and work to protect the city from a fledgling group of Templars who seek to reclaim Starrick's domain.
