This dude can be found camping in various spots, I've seen him as far east as Scarlett Meadows. His encounter is available after 9PM game time, and is identified by hearing him drunk-sing. An interesting thing about this encounter is that an icon for "Fort Riggs Holding Camp" will appear on the game map, even if Fort Riggs is in a fogged-out area of the map. It will disappear after about three game days. Also, I'm not a 100% sure on this, but this encounter becomes available after either "Money Lending and Other Sins - III" or "We Loved Once and True" is complete in Ch 2.

Great man. But... The last cabin - it is part of the optional task "rob a homestead" with Sean. Depending on who is left alive (others have money hidden in a pillow) - they will reveal a different hiding place each time. In the mission, the money is hidden behind the green boards. It cannot be explored until an NPC says so.

I was hunting right near it and when I shot a 3 star squirrel I heard “that’s probably him right there, KILL HIM.” And they all came running guns blazing. I killed her boys and hog tied her, took her up the hill behind her house, dropped some potent predator bait next to her and watched a grizzly eat her. 😂 She called me a sick bastard. Lol

this game is old.hundreds of people have done videos on this game.and this is one of them so you havent shown anything new.this is why new players posting vids dont get hardly liked or subscribed.you should research before posting.ive been gaming for 43 years and a lot of youtube videos are full of the same videos on games just so that they can get a lot of likes or popularity and most vids on games are misleading or they havent got a clue what they are talking about on the subject people come on here for help with
