Remote ID firmware update Remote ID rules ko follow kiya jaye isliye hai, jo kuchh deshon aur areas mein compulsory hai. Yeh update drone ko chalate samay monitor karne aur operator ki pahchan karne ke liye hain. Isse drone ki quality ya kisi aur cheez pe koi impact nahi hoga. Bas yeh monitor karne ke liye hain ki kis remote se drone control kiya jaa raha hain.
If possible, please shoot the Ravet, Phulewada, and Talegaon. This time very terrible temperature. The drone shot may be in rainy season. In the rainy season Pune and arroud its location changed into beautiful weather, thanks and bless

Thanks, I wanted see how a person views starting from entrance and then entire estate just hovering around buildings height as the current view is like Drone/ birds view. May be in future. Thank you for considering my suggestion,

Pune needs more glass skyscrapers and a good skyline
It doesn't need any of those. All Pune now needs is migration of non-Punekars back to their hometown and industries providing job opportunities there. Pune is too much bloated now, except people who have jobs in Chakan and Ranjangaon, the IT guys should leave for their hometowns and ask the companies to migrate there.

HI Anish, when phase 2 (opposite the highway) \is rolling out?, and what could be the rates for phase 2 plots?
1) Not exactly sure, but I am guessing only after Phase 1 has been completed. Currently they are focussing more on the Phase 1. 2) The price for a plot right now is around 70-90 lakhs. Plots in Phase 2 are expected to be larger in size. I would recommend you to contact them directly.
What do you think of rates? Are the rates too much for the location as of now? We can see no dense residence near by. And might take another 15 years to develop completely (have a DMart like things or cinema theatres around). What do you think? And what are the rates of land here near Vaarivana project?
Honestly, I have no exact answer on the rates nearby or if it is the right price for the location. There are some other housing projects alongside the highway currently in progress. But like you said, it will take a couple of more years for the area to be developed. But Vaarivana and the entire area is very pleasant and refreshing, something that is not easy to find in Pune City.
