It does take a lot of practice. But the best part is, once you have 1 piece perfect, you can copy that same piece over and over, and will never have to worry about it again.

@@YTBXH01 I'd highly recommend using pen and paper to draw a layout first. It's a lot harder to build smth if you can't actually look at it. So I'd def recommend that first. Once you've done that, don't force yourself to build 100% accurate to the drawing. As you build, some stuff is gonna naturally change. Be open to that.

@@YTBXH01 you don't have to. Some pieces, in their terrain galleries, have certain parts specifically designed to help blend biomes, for example, grass to sand. However, a lot of times, you will need to use rivers. I suggest going and watching my FMBR/Oblivion Royale trailers, as all of those maps are build using 1.0, and blend terrain nicely

So unfortunately, if you don't have a PC or Laptop, you cannot use UEFN, as it's only accessible via those devices. If you do have one, all you gotta do is install it through the epic games store, create an island, and get to messing around!! Highly recommend checking out channels like "Directing Pete" and "Atom Creates" as they have some beginner UeFN guides to help you get started!!! Hope this helps!!!

It has. As someone who has now had experience with both programs, 1.0 has stopped offering things that will make maps playable **OVER** UEFN made projects. I still make videos using Fortnite Creative 1.0 to this day, it's a fun way to make content. But when it comes to making a mini BR, zone wars, RPG, etc. UEFN is the MUCH better option

I left Fortnite early last year for good. As a console Creative Map builder, and with Creative 1.0 being abandoned by EPIC for the console map building community, I have no reason to stay and deal with the UEFN disaster. I’m one of the many thousands of map creators on a Console. And, I’m done with Fortnite. So are the majority of the console creators I know and have followed their building tutorials over the years here on UA-cam. I haven’t loaded up Fortnite in months. Creative 1.0 is sick and dying. So be it. There are better games on the market. I’ve already found some. EPIC, UEFN/CREATIVE 2, or anything else they want to call it… can go…. YOU KNOW WHERE! Next step……. DELETE FORTNITE OFF MY PS5!! Also…. “A majority of Fortnite's players, 78% of them to be precise, play the game on consoles.
