How much calories do u burn in this?
if i am not wrong, you can burn between 400-500 calories per week, but it all depends on the body and the intensity level.

I regret doing this because I almost died like I throw up and couldn't able to walk
yess it is indeed quite intense, that's why i skipped the burpees cause that was the most difficult one.

Just want to say I love your video. I love your style, you look amazing in everything. Hard to pick any one item as my favourite but as a male I would day that pretty much all of your clothes could be worn by men too. Would you agree? As a male wearer of womens clothes I have always worn more obviously feminine clothes such as skirts, dresses etc. I have been thinking about different styles recently and you have shown me what else I could wear. You did say you hoped viewers would get inspiration from you. I hope you meant men as well as women.
