"You`re so cold, but you feel alive" and the scene in which Hornet decides to help the Ghost. Here I use her quote: "What? You might think me stern but I'm not completely cold.". There is speculation again, but I think that the Ghost is not perfect (they can be deafened with a loud sound, which means they can be afraid, as well as many other indications). Hornet probably understood this, as she asks to choose a difficult path (Killing Radiance). Perhaps, as a sister, she tried to provide support in the last meeting. "It`s alright" repeated several times may be an attempt by the Ghost to calm down and convince themself that all is not lost. But the tragic ending is precisely that everything is lost.
