Once again, I take forever to finish something. I have been working on this build for the past four months. With this being my first resin build ever. I ended up learning a lot more about the challenges those face when dealing with resin figures. gunpla and resin figures are definitely worlds apart. This was something I wanted to do for awhile, but being a gunpla channel I figured I could get a...

In this video, just going over some talking points about the resin kit. As this is my first time working with this one. I give my thoughts on the product and how's it going so far with it (usually not well at this point in the build). Forgive me if I, seem off topic when talking. Welcome to the channel my intro video for scale modeling
I've had mine for about 2 years now and it works pretty well but last month the fan itself suddenly stopped working and I took it apart and quickly figured out that it was the motherboard that was faulty so I sent Dspiae a message stating that it was outside the warranty period and if I could please buy a new motherboard for it. Guess what ?? They sent me TWO FREE motherboards and I got it with ONE WEEK of messaging them !! I have many others products from them and don't know if this had a bearing on them being this kind but I can honestly say that I was impressed with their generosity and would certainly buy from them again !!!
Wow talking about timing man. Mine is doing the same thing as well. I just got done buying a cheap nail salon one too. Man I might have to hit them up too for that. How hard was it replacing? Also, thank you for taking the time comment this information gonna pin this one so this can help out others with the same issue as well.
Well three crazy months later, how you guys enjoying the videos? Next week we return to a channel favorite stay tuned and Thanks again everyone.

Gracias me has dado buenas ideas para mi base Gundam.. ojala pueda encontrar la base en Aliexprés
De nada, ¿estás cerca de Estados Unidos? venden esta base en california
@@MTMario I live in Mexico, I just found it on Ali express and on eBay (a little more expensive)
pnget walang kwenta...sayang pera
How does it stack up to resin dusts? do you still wear mask for resin using despiae glutton?
It works at best on the highest setting. As always for precaution wear a mask when dry sanding resin. You can always wet sand instead to keep dust particles low.
16:18... Man that sucks lol. But nice freaking finished product!
Yea it was one those type of moments for sure but their a good company and still recommend them for LEDs. Thank you for coming through for the support really appreciate it.
Stumbled on your channel by chance and love your work and video style. Thank you.
Thank you so much. Also, I too have stumbled upon your work on FB. Never in a million life times i would have seen a spring loaded booty Gundam 😂
@MTMario ah, my shameful reputation precedes me, lol.
@@DicePunk Shameful? naw. The most original ingenuity thing to ever happen to a gundam? 10/10 lol. Can't wait to see what else you come with it in the future.
@MTMario I'm trying to wrap my head around making spring-loaded thighs on a mecha. So it can do the Nikke squat. 😏
@@DicePunk in the famous words of Philip j Fry of Futurama "shut up and take my money" lol even your future projects sounds awesome 💯
That color scheme/wave is ❤️🔥❤️🔥 #amazing job
Thank you i appreciate it. In future videos I'll try to subtitle in better the paint and ratio I use
頸部,手腳,武裝位置用磁鐵不是比膠水更好嗎? 更換武裝也更易 他反正有工具電鑽等
I had Neuron activation moment while looking at the thumbnail.
Yes sir, I finally had a video I can actually make a click bait thumbnail lol. Thanks for coming through though much appreciated.
Can you please tell me where to buy garage kit such as this one please?
google search gk-m I saw that this one is back in stock as well. Thanks for the support
@@MTMario You are a hero!
@@TheDoomsday1976 I'm no hero never was lol but glad I could help.
you gave life to my meaningless existenc, thank you
And this comment gives me the motivation to keep bringing more for ya thank you for that.
Nu gundam got that whole bakery.i gyat to eat nu gundam
and that's a gyat damn fact jack lol
That is spectacular. I'll admit I skipped through most to get to the end. I'll rewatch to see the whole process. Very nicely done!
lol don't mind at all man I understand it's pretty long. I tried to fit in all that I filmed in four months into it without removing too much of the process. Thank you for coming through and checking it out
NOOO WHYYYYYY😭
Might I suggest Debakey jaw forceps. They were developed by a cardiologist for excellent grip but minimal damage to blood vessels. It might make pulling tape easier since it seems like the tape slips out often
I think the mole on her lip throws her face off but that's just me.
Understandable, I just wanted to add something to stand out for her. I probably should have did it smaller and further away from the lips as well. I will have more mobilesuit girls in the future for the channel once they are release. Thanks for coming through and checking it out. I really do appreciate it.
It is 100% better than the designs made by bandai, it has style, it is sensual and I like that it has a somewhat goofy expression, excellent work mate 😎👍
Appreciate it man. I couldn't pass it up when I saw it. It was the best of both worlds for me 🤣
@@MTMarioBelieve me, I understand what you mean 🤣
You Are Very Very Talented! Continue The Amazing Work 🔥
Ah thank you so much. That really hits deep for me to hear you liking it. I hope you enjoy on the journey and what's to come next.
45:14. Finished Model.
lol I don't blame ya if you don't wanna see the process. It was a lot of filming over 4 months and trying to edit it down as much as I can without taking away too much of the narrative. I do appreciate you coming through and checking it out
want to do this to make a anime girl tau riptide or a Sherman firefly as a frame arm girl
That would be great idea to see come to life. The most you'll see along those lines are usually the Azur Lane type of stuff I've seen.
It's great to see new channels in the garage kit sceen! A great recirding of the process! Well done execution!
For the first time choice. I could have went easier on myself 🤣 but it's the Gundam part that sold me.
Where the stand hole in but 🤔
? I'm sorry i don't understand what you mean
Where is the hole to place the action base like other gundam models he says
@@Hanfree85 Oh lol gotcha yea if that was the case this build video would have to be on patreon 😂 or paid membership part of the channel thanks for the clear up
Who has the room on their work bench for that monster ! Buy a small shop vac if you are worried about dust.
Lol trust it doesn't sit on the bench a lot I have storage for it when I'm not using it. I use it when working with resin dust though don't wanna be breathing those particles in 👍🏾
On what site did you get the garage kit?,vert noce!
The site is called GK-M they should still have this one in stock too I believe
Awesome. I love the Mr crystal pearlescent paints. What did you end up using to top coat the model after decals?
I used Mr color ex flat for this one i really love how it doesn't completely kill the color
It would have been good to see how much the filter had collected. Also, is it easy to clean the filter, or is it meant to be replaced when it gets clogged?
It is replaceable so far I haven't had any build up too much because mostly the sand sponges I used accumulate the dust. I recently got done with a resin figure I'll open it up and see how much is on it now
she came out so pretty!! I think this is the next step to my gundam journey after I finally finish my perfect grade lmao
definitely a challenge to do but well worth it to do. I know you will enjoy after that PG build lol
where can I get myself one of these?
GK-M model shop. there are actually some in stock right now too. Thank you for watching too
Berapa ukuran skala untuk figure gundam 1/144
It can hold up to MG 1/100
@@MTMario untuk figure yang di cetak menggunakan printer 3d itu ukuran berapa yaa pak 1/100 atau 1/64
@@waktutube My apologizes, the figures are for 1/100 scale and they are made by Bandai that you can purchase.
why remove it??? just sand it and paint over..
The silver plating underneath would take a lot of time to remove like that manually from all the nooks on the parts. The degreaser eliminates all that in one go for me. Thanks for watching though I appreciate you coming through.
J'adore
By far the best sand collector I'd used. Mainly used for resin and you can forget about the 1st speed, 2nd speed is ok and I mostly used 3rd speed all time. Same as any dust collector, you won't get the dust sucked 100%, just the nature of it. I'd used it heavily and even got a 2nd one as a back up. It's that nice!
Forreal That first speed didn't do nothing second speed I'm still hunched over my desk. Third I can be more relaxed with it but it does the work when working on resin kits for sure.
Appreciate your deep walk down with this brand of Resin kits. I am a beginner and will be starting with YJL Zaku and move onto PG Strike after a couple of those Zakus
Not a problem at all man, The Zaku is definitely a good starter and YJL studio makes some great cast of the work as well. They usually don't have as many hiccups as others would have. If you ever need help or tips about anything my IG link is on the main page. Shoot me a DM any time and thank you for watching too.
@@MTMario added you. Thanks!
What about air brushing?
I haven't tried it for that purpose but the air filter on this thing is small and would probably clog up fast with the particles from over spraying. I would still recommend you get something more dedicated to handling airbrush. Thanks for checking out the video.
Man Mario, that Phenex looks sick as hell. That green looks way better than the straight gold. It is so beautifuly painted and the fine details are excellent. I've still got to finish my shenlong super nova kit😂
appreciate that. I took more time than I should have on this but life gets ya like that some time. I a have future video for shenlong/altron with a resin kit in the future might do a poll for it to see what ya'll wanna see. Thanks again for coming through and watching
Bandai decals are ass. I'm working on the Psycho Zaku Ver. Ka and I deeply regret not getting the Delphi ones. Nice build btw, very inspiring work.
Yea I learned my lesson on it the hard way. It's just after spending that money on the kit and the paint wasn't trying to go all out. Thanks for comment and glad to hear this helps you out gotta a IG you post your work to? love to see your stuff.
for a first build project video on your channel you did great man hope it keeps getting more love over time i see that being amazing cant wait to watch more. ive been think of doing a hangar recently too and gave me some good ideas to go off of
Appreciate it man. I'm hoping I can bring more content for you to enjoy in the future. Thanks again for the love 🙏
