Methi seeds(Fenugreek seeds)- 1 tsp
Dinka/ Gond/ Edible Gum - 1/4 cup
Shredded dried coconut/ desiccated - 1 cup
Kharik/Dried Dates powder - 1 cup
Shengdane/ Groundnuts - 1/2 cup
Kajul cashew - 1 and 1/2 cup
Badam/ Almonds - 1 cup
Makhane/ Fox nuts/ Lotus seeds - 100 gm
Akhrot/ Walnuts - 1 cup
Gul/ Jaggery - 1 and 1/2 cup
Whole wheat flour - 1/2 cup
Gheel Tup (melted) - 1 and 1/2 cup

With less ingredients:

watermelon seeds - 1 tbsp
Raisins - 2 tbsp
Cranberry seeds - 2 tbsp (all optionals can be added as per your requirements)
