If a battery is discharge below a specific threshold the charger cannot charge it, You can rejuvenate the battery by charging it with another charger in this case I used a laptop charger for about 1-2 minutes

my battery still have 1 out of 4 charged, so the battery is not dead, but I am not able to charge with the charger. Actually both of my batteries has 1 out of 4, but there is no light or anything when I plug-in to the charger. Is that a charger problem or a battery problem?

I must be losing it🙈🙈🙈....I've watched it 3 times and when he takes off the cover it goes straight to him putting it back together 🙈🙈🙈 Maybe a glitch on my side....
No, he does do that, but after that he takes it off again and turns the contrast potentiometer screw on the back of the motherboard.

it's not brightness, it's contrast brightness is for screen with backscreen ;)
