Hi! Sorry for the late reply. The ticket from Aizu Tajima is bought at the Aizu Tajima station. You see it in the video at 2:13. Another side note, at the bottom of the ticket it says, "Valid for two days from the date of travel," so it's not just a one-day ticket, but one that lets you ride from Aizu-Tajima to Yunokami Onsen, and then from Yunokami Onsen to Nishiaizu (final stop) on the second day. So we went from Aizu to Yuno on first day and Yunokami Onsen Station onward the next day - so don't lose it! unless you don't plan to go on the next day.

I also paid upfront but that was through Expedia. I don't recall getting a QR code or anything. But it's been almost 2 years (went in May of 2023) so who knows, perhaps things have changed. I don't think you need to worry. Despite the robots, there are real human beings that will come out to assist you should you run into any issues.

@@mgomez5606 No, you don't have to. Factory reset will erase everything, restoring the phone back to the state it was in when it left the factory. This includes deleting all the data, apps, and settings, including your Google account. But if you want to be extra cautious, deleting it first won't do any harm, so you certainly can if you want.

Yes, you can use it in vertical/portrait mode. Change the settings in your computer and rotate it. You can use the same stand that it comes with. The stand and monitor aren't attached together, so it can easily accommodate vertical/horizontal use.

They do sell water bottles on board. I think it was around 250 yen for a 500 ml bottle. Whether they run out of them or not, I don't know since I'm not sure how many bottles they have stocked per flight. I didn't order since I, a) always take a reusuable water bottle and fill it up after the security gate for any flight, whether short or long. b) for this round trip, I had pre-booked meals ordered, so that came with the water bottle. So I had 2 water bottles to sustain me per flight which is plenty for me. If in doubt, maybe purchase one before boarding, though they can be pricey at airports-but better than having nothing on board.

Since they want it set back to factory mode, if it's still in its original factory setting, I'd assume it's ok

@@tsp9374 Yup, the meals are definitely not great, but like I mentioned, you can get some bento boxes prior and eat that when flying from Japan. Check-in was a bit cumbersome so just make sure to give yourself extra time. I guess you're getting what you pay for. I received the trade in kit before receiving the new phone.

I don't know the answer 100% as I'm not Google, but should be ok if the cover was still left on. The only thing they specifically warn is that only phones that have been factory reset are eligible for trade-in. So as long as it's been reset, it should be fine.
