Old Rag Mountain, Shenandoah NP. Virginia Day Hike
Join me for this amazing and challenging day hike to the summit of Old Rag Mountain at 3284 feet.
This hike is located in Shenandoah National Park and is considered to be one of the most difficult hikes in Virginia.
This hike is about a 10 mile loop with over 2000 feet of elevation gain and a very fun over 1 mile long rock scrambling section!
This hike is very popular and can definitely get crowded on weekends. If you can definitely go on a weekend, and if not, try to start as early as possible.

join me for this beautiful 7 mile day hike through the Änggårdsbergen Nature Preserve just outside of Gothenburg, Sweden. This hike had minimal elevation gain but went by many lakes, creeks, waterfalls, and a couple of decent overlooks. Despite the bad weather, it was a beautiful hike and was very easy to access by bus from the center of the city.
