@@samjones7476I have copies of the city’s inspection report for Tanya Wright’s home. They show that it passed inspection after failing in areas at first. I was unable to get answers from the city though on whether that’s typical.

My understanding is that the developer, Booker, has refused to disclose the name of the contractor. Additionally, the city could not provide the inspection approvals at various stages of the construction.

I remember the early days, when Cafe 290 was a tiny place and the entertainer nearly every night was Renee Poliakof. Later, Gary Blum and his partner bought it and expanded the dining room and booked a variety of local musicians. This was my favorite hangout before moving from the area in 1995. Stopped by a few times later when visiting. Many good memories.

Mose! Love the talk and passion. The lack medical care in the tri cities is honestly concerning 30-45 minutes to get to an emergency room is not good enough when you live in a metro area. I don’t want a fire that some of the resultant chemicals is hydrochloric acid (might be the wrong kind) in the air near where I live especially with the lack of medical care.

Adrianne, it is not a battery Storage plant. It is a Power Storage Station. It stores unused power. The location of drawing down and uploading the power is critical.

When lithium-ion batteries are stored together, there is a risk of a chain reaction where a single battery's thermal runaway can cause other batteries to catch fire. Thermal runaway is a dangerous chain reaction that can occur in lithium-ion batteries, leading to overheating, gas generation, and even explosions.

That was a very honest revelation of your deepest feelings with that relationship. I am sorry it didn't go the way you wanted, but I think you could see there were problems and incompatibilities with the two of you. I am no expert in dealing with men, but I have been with one for 33 years and have learned from him that men process EVERYTHING differently than women. They are not always the "bare your soul to me" individuals that women are, but they still love and may express things differently. For us, it is not important to share hobbies or interest together because on so many things we don't share the same interest, but the respect of our individualism is important to share. Regarding the movie over "cuddling"....cuddling is always on their mind...ALWAYS (Lol!) Guys don't always reveal their feelings. I think as men they are taught to keep their cards close because they do not know how to openly reveal their tender underbelly. They aren't mind readers and they don't always know that they have hurt our feelings. There is a book "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus" . We haven't read many books together, but that one hit a note and he told me he could relate to how men are portrayed in that book. I don't know your friend, but you definitely felt that he did not "see" you. He may not ever in the way you want, and it is best you know that before venturing into a commitment that would end up being a mistake. Sometimes everyone doesn't want to be so deep on every issue. You may have to find other friends to fulfill that introspection, but you have a different vibe with your lover. I can relate to my girl friends on so many levels that I can't with my husband, but I know he literally holds my heart and secrets in his hand and would never hurt me. My girls would never reach that level. I hope God brings love into your life again and allows you to exhale. You are a beautiful soul and deserve to love and be loved. You are ALWAYS worth it and never forget it! Love you cuz!
