That's what I'm talking about! ... I stayed in a place like this in GA. I own the lot in Florida.. my eventual build will have a split pitched (Skillion) type roof like this, High ceilings & glass... and NO DRY WALL. Thanks.

We build with overbuilt foundations, meaning more rebar and concrete than required by code. Additionally, we custom GEO locate footers rather than just getting them passed by an inspector to ensure you're getting the strongest foundation possible!
