Sir, why the contact gear is Bonded? I can not understand, why its not Frintional?
In static analysis of gear, the critical case of the gear assembly is assumed, where the two gears are stuck. Assuming this case enables us to find the max possible bending stress and contact stress. In kinematic condition as the gears are rotating where the inertia is the only resistace. Here the stress are way too low than the critical case.
