Great product! I was wondering though if the primary disadvantage of using the permanent magnets in the rotor is decreased acceleration? I'd imagine that it is comprable in most applications and I'd imagine the savings make it worth it.

I have: Kinco PLC K606-24DT and Kinco AC servo FD422 controller. 1) How to hard reset this servo controller (to factory settings)? 2) How to program communication with the PLC controller via RS485 in KincoBuilder? Hello, I have a problem with RS232 communication with the FD425-PF-000 inverter. I made a DB9-MiniUSB communication cable according to the instructions. However, I cannot connect to the inverter. I tried to communicate through various USB-DB9 adapters and directly through the DB9 connector. Do I need to set any options in the inverter? What am I doing wrong ?

Is there a white paper or patent denoting what the conductive powder material is and how it’s actually using it in conjunction with the teeth in the tracks? Lastly, is the noise coming from the forcer’s support or does the linear motor itself produce that noise?
