What model do you use? How often do you need to change your blades? How much do the blades wear down during a say a year? Do you still need to run a magnet over to remove metal filings? It looks AMAZING
if you grind it to fine powder does it keep it's color while melting so red stays red i want to use it with ceramics if so i get this grinder
I have been using ordinary food blenders to make frit for ages, ones that I buy for a couple of quid from charity shops. On average I can make around 10lbs of frit before the blades are worn to stubs. I always have 1 or 2 in hand and has proven an efficient way to recycle your scrap.
Is it still (as) flexible after slumping?
Where can you buy it?
I’m so glad you like it, as I just bought one but haven’t used it yet. Looks like I have to buy the different size sifters now… 👍👍👍🐢
What grinder is this
How do you clean the powder then. I'm having an issue with my powder looking muddy.
Hi, I just loved this machine!! Would you be so kind and send me the contact to buy? I am in Brazil and would like to have it! Thanks already!!
Hola ! Cuánta belleza 💕 disculpen mi ignorancia, que tipo de manta o papel es ese que usan para cubrir el molde. Soy de Argentina y no se cómo se llama acá. Gracias hermosos videos de exelentes hermosuras 🥰😍
Where do I get replacement blades
Not real glass dust.
please post putting the glass on your adjustamold as well as results. This leaves the viewer wondering how it works.
Very interesting! I don't suppose you have any videos of you actually putting the glass in, and then the result of after firing?
I go to thrift stores and buy magic bullets to make frit. The problem is the blades are made from cheap metal and the wear down fast and you get pieces of plastic in your frit. I’ve seen these grinders on amazon they are actually food or seed grinders.
Awesome❣️
I cant find it on there site
This makes no sense, these grinders are advertising as being made of 304 Stainless Steel which is non ferrous. The steel pieces must have come from somewhere else. Are you using a hand crusher prior to putting it into the grinder?
This looks like a Ridgeyard 700g Electric Grain Grinder Mill... is it?
You are correct, it is.
just stumbled across your site.. it will be 2020 in 1 1/2 days.. do u sell the ziggy stainless steel bar.
Where can I purchase this grinder ?
Do you sell this? If not where is it found?
You can actually cut glass under water with regular scissors. This fact made me think I could use agrinder to make frit. So I use water with the scrap. Advantages: frit is washed, no dust, and the grinder will stay fit longer.
Very Cool!!!!
trying my first today...:)
Is there a part 2 video showing what this piece turns out like and. Tutting the pattern bars?
Awesome, Laurie! Thanks!
Can't wait to try it!!
Very, very cool!!
