Let’s go bronny! We believe! Fuck the haters!
He didn’t get a penalty for being strong. He got a penalty for pushing off. If he doesn’t extend his arms, it doesn’t get called.

5 yard rule isn’t a thing in college football
Ohio state lost and Oregon won hell game changing it wouldn’t have came down to this if Oregon would’ve have rightfully got the interception in the beginning Ohio state would’ve lost by a bigger margin, it doesn’t matter if you win by and inch or a mile winning is winning, revenge for the 2014 season national title game fu ck Ohio state yall lost go home losers
Stop it. Ohio State didn’t get hurt much by losing this game. If they are too worried about a perfect season or winning a National Championship. Remember 12 team playoff. Undefeated regular season doesn’t matter anymore!

Terrible call….clearly
Exactly
Ya ya. Always overrated Ohio State. Most of those players can’t even spell Ohio. They are the cowboys of college football

Nice breakdown
@@Cashboy1804 Thanks
Maybe if OSU was smart and just ran it non of this would have happened they were already in field goal range.
That’s the real problem, why the FUCK did Ryan day pass in that position with 2 top 10 RBS
You are aloud to make contact of start! It absolutely was a push off because in process he stopped and turned around.
Oregon is not a Big Ten team. I don't care what the standings say. Conferences are dead.
Oregon is the BEST team in the big 10, get over it
@@bananagrape-nq4ozFor now. By a point . Because OSU didn't run the ball and kick a FG. Have your little win.
This didn’t age well!
How?
@@splashcenter05 because he hasn’t done crap in 2 games. Haener just showed him up in the Broncos game.
@@michaelrobinson6670 Hasn’t done crap? Haener showed up? Firstly the offense was depleted. It was like Rattler was playing in the preseason against great starting defenses. Secondly, Haener scoring a garbage time touchdown when the game is over is “showing up”? Haener looked great in his drive but that doesn’t move me because it happened when it didn’t matter. Now if Haener can show differently, then we can have this conversation.
@@michaelrobinson6670u just don’t realize what having a 4th string receiver as ur number one does and having a o line injuried badly the only starter they had was Alvin kamara please pay attention more
Duck fans will compare it to the pick that wasn’t called in the first quarter but this is wayyyy more valuable. We get those yards and we’re in FG range for the game.
Its a TD Vs a Field Goal, and That pick not being called was huge for momentum, and Oregon getting the pick would have changed the way the whole game played out due to momentum. Also Oregon missed a field goal and some PATs as well. Ohio State and Oregon both got screwed in ways, and both had miscues
Well, Ohio State would have been down by at least 8 if that Interception had been called correctly. Realistically, Oregon is likely up by 12 at the end of the game if the INT had been called correctly.
@@fpsdoug7081 maybe if they kick a perfect onside kick and get an uncharacteristic strip off Judkins again
Watch out for them. "Ducks "
When the receiver runs straight at the DB and creates the contact, he is engaging first
Follow me on TikTok @splashcenter05 and don't forget to hit that subscribe button!
I don’t see him extending his arms. Forward motion with contact ?
You can cry about that all you want just as Oregon could argue that Ohio State fumbled on their opening drive, which wasn't even reviewed, and ended up wrongly giving Ohio State a 7 point lead.
Dan teaches how to fake injuries (see end of UW game…..first one they lost). Now it is flopping.
even if it was a bad call, the refs gave ohio state a td on the first drive anyway, so it cancels out
The first drive compared to the game winning catch is crazy lol without that penalty Ohio state wins 100% . We would have had an easy 30 yard field goal for the W
The first call was bad but it was the first drive. Nothing like the final drive. You can overcome a first drive snub, it takes a miracle to overcome a final drive snub with 10 seconds on the clock. And there were two snubs on this drive bc the very previous play, Muhammad PIed Smith and got no flag for it, and that would've put OSU at the 15 with 40 seconds left, meaning theyd have a real shot at a game ending TD and if it didn't work, timeout and take an easy game winning FG. Even if they call offensive PI on this play (which it wasn't), that still would've put them back at the 30, which is a doable FG. This situation (not calling a blatant PI and then calling PI on the wrong person) put OSU way out of FG range and demanded a miracle from Howard, who did not deliver.
Oregon got screwed on that call, but the next one they got when they shouldn't have, I think the refs gave it to them because they knew they screwed up the last time.
@@rickeychavarria2771a FG wouldn't have helped if that int had been called...tOSU's first TD never would have happened because Oregon would be on offense heading the other direction.
@@rickeychavarria2771The first drive with an interception, not a questionable interception. An outright interception. Also that drive resulted in a touchdown, not 3 points. This call is questionable at its worst. Cope harder fangirl.
People got to realize OPI is lowest penalty calls in college football
I would say holding is the one people get away with most. There was a ton of missed holding calls in this game.
There is no “within 5 yards” rule in college football that’s only the NFL yall clearly don’t no that….he literally pushes off Nicko Reed yall see what y’all wanna see😂😂GREAT CALL…how about the missed DPI on the possession Oregon missed the FG?boohooo OSU lost
They missed a DPI on Muhammad on the previous play dude... this drive was definitely sabotaged and it was the final drive. Howard choked at the end but he shouldn't even have been in this situation bc the refs missed Oregon's PI and called one on Smith when Muhammad did it again. That really changed this game.
Yeah bro the play before smith is being held and they didn't even call that
i love you mention the 5 yard rule, and then try and use the DBs contact within 5 yards as an antidote, and then have the nerve to stop the video with CLEAR extension of both arms💀 cope
No it’s facts you can have a shove within 5 yards that’s the damn rule bro . And he made it a point that the damn db hit him first meaning it could have been a defensive Pass interference then first …but j.j just overpowered him . The refs new if they gave him that catch that was an easy 30 yard field goal for the win right after this play
@@rickeychavarria2771 You can’t fully extend your arms no matter what on offense. You can hand swipe and hand fight. If you could straight up “push people within five yards”, Wrs would be doing it all the time. But guess what? they don’t. The rule is in place for the defense because the DB is backpedaling, and the WR is running forward. If you could power clean someone like that, i and every wr would do it on every rep. Name me a time a WR has fully shoved someone off himself like that without a call. It’s PI. Cope harder
@@davari9032 what part of Muhammad GRABBED him first do you not understand??? You can't call OPI on a WR when a DB is holding him first - that's like calling illegal shoving on a defensive lineman cause he shoved off an offensive lineman that was committing a blatant holding penalty.
@@dope_humorThe DB was not holding him…yet. It doesn’t constitute holding or OPI. You should change your name to just dope.
@@davari9032Gotta let the bucks fans cope instead of cry I guess 😂
My question is. . . Was the ball in the air when the contact happened? As a part of the pass interference rule is the ball must be in the air, when contact is initiated for it to be PI. . . Just saying. Jeremiah damn sure tossed his lil azz lol. As a Buckeye I'm good with it. . . season is far from over and if ever there is a good loss?!? Its on the road to the #2 team in the country by 1 point.
A db cal put hands on a wr it’s called bun n run coverage
After watching closer maybe its not a push off but youll get that call every single time
@@whip9079 yeah that’s the only thing
@@splashcenter05a wr gotta know he can’t extend his arms it’s gonna look like a push off every time
@@crazykiller-qh9jn he’s a young player. He’ll learn as he gets even better.
@@splashcenter05yeah, theres contact by both, but smith’s was far more noticeable in real time. Gotta play smart. Im confident theyll tune up.
Yeah how does he do it? He chucks the ball up and gets lucky. That’s how he does it. The better question is how does he get all this hype and ball washing for only going to one superbowl???
U dont do it four times and it soley be luck. C'mon man. Vast majority of QBs dont even retire with one of those to their name
Perc Rodgers🫡
Why he lookin like The Weeknd
…they lost…again who is he going to get fired this time?
“Cannot be stopped” ya okay buddy nice interception to loss
Shouldn't be the receiver's credit, not the quarterback.
They are not missing Justin.
Who?
Lol😂
Perfect pass come on😆😆😆😆😆😆😆
Kinda up in the air and at first glance not slowed down it looks like PI and Oregon got robbed of an interception on Ohio states first drive because the refs didn’t review a play which was way more game changing than this. Unfair trade off and Oregon still won. Crazy game ending though, everyone on the edge of their seats
Way more game changing ? Your out your damn mind 🤣 this was the reason Ohio state lost lol if they gave him that catch that’s an easy timeout for the close winning field goal . That interception was the first drive of the damn game dog lol get outta here
Way more game changing? That play killed OSU's final drive. After the throw to Egbuka they were in great FG position and it would've taken a shank for them to lose the game. That call put OSU way out of FG position. The interception before was also a bad call but it was on the opening drive, not the final drive, so it was definitely not more game changing. One started a tone for the game, this penalty ended it completely. It would've taken a miracle to get back in FG position much less a scoring one, and ofc Will Howard just choked it, but he shouldn't have had to. What makes it even worse is the very previous play before this, this same DB (Muhammad) blatantly PIed Smith and got no flag for it. That would've put OSU in a potential TD range - AND stopped the clock, meaning they'd have had almost 40 seconds to get 10-15 yards to the end zone. Even if they don't get that TD, an easy FG wins the game. And even if you call this penalty on the next play, they're still in FG range. It almost felt like the refs tried to avenge their bad call early in the game by just gifting this to Oregon. Make no mistake, OSU shot itself in the foot on the previous drive, but this one looked intentionally sabotaged.
Duck fan here. I believe in the butterfly effect, so I have issues with people saying " if we didn't miss that fg in the 2nd quarter, we'd have won by 4", or "if that was ruled an interception OSU wouldn't have scored, final score 32-24". Just seemed like that game was going down to the final play regardless of what happened in the previous 59 minutes. I still believe it was PI though, and the DB getting thrown off balance probably sold it for the ref
@timothytaylor5871 within 5 yards and DB engaging first and you still think it's PI? Tell me your rationale why it's okay for a DB to physically push a WR within 5 yds but not okay for the WR to do so.
If the receiver runs into the DB, he is engaging first whether the DB puts his hands up or not. Smith is going forward, the DB is backpeddling and reacting. It is human nature to put your hands up as a reaction if someone runs into you. It was a two hand pushoff to gain separation. I could be wrong, but I believe the 5 yard rule is an NFL rule, not CFB. I hate the controversy. I'm a truck driver and I've listened to 6 different Buckeye podcasts. Most are fine with the call

Wow! That's a really high percentage! You must know exactly what you are talking about! And you definitely aren't a jaded Buckeye fan who would say the opposite if the jerseys were flipped!
