I hope you both had a lovely Christmas & a safe, Happy New Year. I started my new year off with my every 3 yr. colonoscopy. Delightful. SSA for me twice so far, but benign. I mention this as your past work, Eileen. Hopeful for the same for the one found today. Also, interesting, docs had my take genetics test as grandmom & dad died of cancer & theirs are found to link to my ssa, so the want to see if I have one of those mutations. I find it so interesting. Pat have had to remove sugar, alcohol, & coffee from diet, so appreciate your cake restriction. You can do it! All is well. Bless you both.

Another super vlog. Oh the mud 😂 I was advised not to wear welly boots in case I fall in and they fill up with water 😅. Pat does really well cruising solo, we are very impressed ❤️ 👍
