Disagree on the sex bit (one early screeneer attendee just let slip "This Orloxk f#$ks.") because there is nothing seductive about this vampire visually. He is gnarly-looking by all accounts, not the suave Counts in other films where typically the sexual scenes are given over to the brides. I can only assume sex with Orlock is done with him invisible like the ghost in THE ENTITY or using illusory magic like Jolie in BEOWULF. Lily Rose-Depp's Ellen floats and laughs in delight in embracing evil same as the young girl in THE WITCH, so clearly seducing an innocent pure woman is a theme Eggers has visited before, but the sex will be a first. It's a reveal that underscores the R rating.

What's clear to me from this trailer is that Toothless is the most important character (just as he was in the original film), and the creators understand that if they don't get him right, the entire project will collapse. And I think they're gonna do him justice.

I mean, of course Chris Evans is a very difficult actor to follow up in the role, I think giving the role to a human without crazy abilities speaks volumes of the mantle. Also, to be fair, we haven't had any fair shot at really seeing Mackie BE Captain America. That last episode in his series just felt like a teaser. Also, I just find the trailer to be incredible HOWEVER.. I thought the Secret Invasion trailer was great and we know how that went. I don't mind seeing him go against a Hulk since it's a missed opportunity with our Hulk but it really depends on the execution. For myself, it's kind of about the world building and giving Mackie the chops he needs to be a real leader come Avengers. It's probably just me, but even in the comics his version of Cap feels like a side character.

There's one scene where Black's character looks like he's talking to someone above him, so I wonder if he is the devil or just a 'low-level demon.' But I think the kid's gonna win in the end, and good will prevail Still, parents need to be aware of what movie they are shoing their kids to, or you get the Kindergarten Cop scenario. that being said, this looks funny and I may give it a watch.
