Working out according to me is to maintain my full range of motion. Flexibility. Maintain my over all strength. To be able to get up off the floor after being seated or lying down all on my own easily, to balance on one leg with my eyes shut. To get up off the toilet on my own power. But jumping up and down is problematic, especially the landing part. So no, but only if necessary. I’ve been doing my workout since I was 21 years of age after I was discharged from the navy.
