I'm Andrea Clough, The Engineer Whisperer, owner of a leadership consultancy and coaching business. Over the past seven year I've been working extensively with engineering leaders and engineering organizations to design strategies and experiences for engineers to practice extreme leadership at all levels.
I speak at engineering conferences, lead exclusively designed programs and I'm writing my book "52 Weeks, How I re-engineered my life and how you can do it, too."
Besides successfully transitioning my clients to re-engineer their leadership careers, leadership programs, performance capabilities and business longevity, my passion is to support engineers to change the world through what they do.
