19:09 maybe not a permanent thing. I had a doll that I had rerooted. I always secure the hair by putting hot glue in the head. Later I realized I’d inadvertently squished her head on the sides while she was drying. So her head got what I thought was permanent distortion. Jesus from Jesus y Sus Dolls channel gave me a tip. I put a blow dryer on her head for like 5-10 minutes, and once it was hot, I was able to reshape her head because the heat had softened up the dried hot glue. Something to think about although arms are a different material from the head.
