Good job but, from the Chassis number this isn't a true Redditch machine. It's made in Madras, if it's indeed a '55 which I doubt from the EI serial but seems plausible from the G2 Serial, this is a grey area and Graham Scarath is the guy who can identify the year for sure. MagDyno's were used all the way upto the early 60s. Idiots who don't know how to overhaul a Magneto are the one's who butcher their machines into coil ignition. The details are done well for the Military spec and the 55 Mil-Spec, the '52 which are the real G2 Redditch machines that came in India had a different shade of green for the Military variants which are the only ones that came into India. All other details in regards to the restoration are done quite well for a job done in India, albiet historically not 100% correct in the finer details. Nevertheless, a job done well. Congratulations!
