My videos help people who needing seated exercises, home workouts, and for people that are older that need a more advanced workout at home and gym workout.
These videos are follow along. Some are to music and some videos have more instruction to make sure you are doing them with the best form possible for the best results. :)
I am the owner of Elite Wellness Training. I have been a full -time personal Trainer since 2007.
I am TPI certified working with golfers to help them stay injury free, hit longer drives and increase endurance.

Since this video is for seniors and beginners, I'd suggest using a chair to help with balance on some of the exercises.

Great video, Brenda! Having worked with physical therapists for many years, I agree wholeheartedly that maintaining leg strength is critical to preventing falls and maintaining activities like walking, using stairs, and getting in and out of vehicles as we get older. These are really important exercises that are easy to do, and pay big dividends to your health.
