To get the fastest results in improving your shoulder mobility do these 5 exercises/stretches everyday for one to two weeks. Then you can go to 2 to 3 times a week.
You will need a band or strap, a dumbbell 5lbs to 8lbs.

    Since this video is for seniors and beginners, I'd suggest using a chair to help with balance on some of the exercises.

    Great video, Brenda! Having worked with physical therapists for many years, I agree wholeheartedly that maintaining leg strength is critical to preventing falls and maintaining activities like walking, using stairs, and getting in and out of vehicles as we get older. These are really important exercises that are easy to do, and pay big dividends to your health.
