BUT IT IS VERY RARE TO SEE ANY ONE WITH THIS DOG!!!!! THEY ARE EXTREMELY AGRESSIVE!!!!! ALSO TO THEIR OWNERS!!!!! SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG WITH THEIR BREED. THEY CAN BE VERY DANGEROUS. PLEASE FIND OUT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN ABOUT THIS BREED BEFORE GETTING ONE.

My all time favorite breed. I have owned two of them and I absolutely love the breed. I am beyond having any more dogs, but if I were to get another dog......it would definitely be a ' Chessy ' ! Gorgeous, gorgeous dogs and great companions !
I live in the U.K. and own Chesapeakes. There is some theory that the blood lines go back to the extinct breed of Norfolk Retrievers in England that were used aboard sailing ships for work there as well as hunting. An interesting theory to explore. Terrific dogs in my opinion.
Chessie has been the best dog I have owned.
One of mine was a legend. Ask anyone who tried to go near any game she'd gathered!
