Yeah, I mean I just kind of compare it to here in America a pretty standard rate for an experienced PT is like $50-$65 an hour/per session. I used to work at a big commercial gym and have worked with several trainers just for reference. Beginner PTs with little experience would charge maybe $45 per session. So $50 x 20 is $1,000 and $65 x 20 is $1,300. As of today K₩ 1,760,000 is a little over $1,300 ($1,314.55 to exact) so I mean technically speaking if he was an actually good trainer then he wasn’t trying to take advantage of you. But if he is just average or made you uncomfortable then of course I would never pay that much. Also sometimes when they tell you a set amount of sessions it’s not just for money purposes but PROGRESS purposes. Depending on what your goals are you may need those 20 sessions to begin to actually see some changes. For example if you are going to see him 1x a week that’s a total of 20 weeks, or 5 months. Yeah you may see changes but it will take a while if you aren’t proactively putting in the work OUTSIDE of your training sessions. Let say you decided to do 2x a week, then that’s a total 10 weeks or 2.5 months. That’s more realistic and it’s more likely for you to see lasting results that way. Typically, they say it takes 3 months to really see those changes not only physically but also emotionally. I’m hoping that at least that was the case with these PTs and they were just not able to communicate that to you ❤️ I’m sorry that your experience wasn’t a positive one🥺 the gym has saved my life and self esteem so many time and challenges me in the best way so I hope you will be able to find a PT in the future who can comfortably introduce you to the gym rat life!💀🤪

Stop wringing. You use wax. Your teeth are going to move and your speech may change. I got mine when I was 27. Then again at 56. Wear your retainer after you get the braces off or your teeth will eventually move back to their original place. Cherish the time and show them off. Get pretty elastics and have fun with it. Stop complaining as there are people who can't get them who need them
