Do white psychiatry residents have a different experience? My cousin, who happens to be a white hispanic, didn’t mention his residency being any different than anyone else’s and he really could have cause he was born in Cuba but no, he chose to let his intelligence speak for him. He graduated top of his class from medical school & he did it all on his own, never pulling the I’m an immigrant card. Imagine that.
