also a consideration a lot of people dont think about is your size as a person too. whats pulling me towards the Daija is the size. Im a bigger guy and I love the weight of a heavier stick. To be honest im torn between the Daija and the Qanba Dragon. My fav stick of all time is my OG Razer Panthera

I traded in my Nacon Daija for this beauty, the Nacon was too thick and boxy and the sharp edge at the bottom was a bitch on my wrists so i picked this up and MAN is it an improvement, the huge base, the weight, the thinness of it and the LED lighting is just too cool. The stick and buttons are so smooth and responsive. You really do feel like you are playing with a luxury item.

I bought two of the chun ones. First one had input issues were it would hold an input or do it almost rapidly by itself. Sent it back to Amazon and the replacement had the exact same problem after an hour. My Victrix fs 12 hasn’t failed me yet tho

The quality of these current sticks have dropped drastically. I’d say find a used MadCatz out in the wild and put in your own components. Yeah it’ll be a little more than one of these new products but older sticks have a robust build quality to them that’s missing currently..

I Love the Daija's look but the latency is stupidly slow if you do your research. It's really one of those $60-$80 China arcade sticks rebranded. Got the Hori Fighting Alpha and The Qanba Titan and I've really been happy with them. I wonder why it's very rare that youtube reviewers talk about an arcade stick's input latency when we pay premium dollars for them. And that topic is really objective and not subjective.

Man, $400 for a Arcade stick that does not even have a L3 R3 buttons and it can’t even fit some Korean levers. kinda hard to justify it for $400. something on that price should be future proof for at least 4-6yrs.

I have a Hayabusa and im struggling with it, i ordered a JLX and a seimitsu 62 so hopefully i like those.

I just installed a JLF in my Arcade 1up Pac Man and it just doesn’t respond like the old joysticks in the 90’s. Now it does respond better than the stock one, but still has hesitation. Any suggestions???

I saw these Sitong buttons on Aliexpress have you had any experience with them? They seem quite nice for the price

I'm the opposite, I find for most arcade sticks, the buttons are too far apart for me. I have also been playing on keyboards my whole life.

The dpad on the octa drops diagonal inputs on the regular. Very sad, because it’s otherwise awesome. But losing precision in a fighting game is pretty much a deal breaker

It’s an interesting time for MK1. Certainly a different game gameplay wise for the better. Considering purchasing it to at least play through the story, where the game absolutely shines! I’m curious about coming back to this game..

I play Tekken 8 but I am getting this version on the stick because it’s fire and who doesn’t like street fighter? I’m trashy at it but the design is flame on!

R.I.P to the Victrix

Hey, are you going to do a Nacon Daija vs Victrix? I was disappointed to learn Victrix lacks what I consider essential features like L3 and R3 buttons.

I've been looking around and am wondering where do you get a replacement joystick when this one goes bad? and can it be replaced with a standard Sanwa JLF or JLX? idk what the brand of the default joystick that it comes with even is. is it Sanwa? lol great video and content tho!

all fight sticks out the box are trash. i’m not modding i want a korean style stick for tekken right out of the box why can’t someone just do that? the only one in existence ever that i know of is etokki which is a korean only brand… you’d have to import blah blah blah not doing all that vitrix pricing is not worth it they will go out of business if 400 dollars is the best they can do for a mediocre stick

everyone keeps reviewing sticks after modding things… why can’t they just make a solid stick with solid buttons???? specially for tekken i want a korean style stick and no one makes it other than etokki from korea assuming its in stock then you have to import etc for 200 to 400 dollars for mayflash to vitrix the components are trash i play on pad till someone does this shit right i’m not a modder

Just bought eight Sanwa buttons last night, actually arrived last night. Installed it onto my fight stick. (Purple, on my DAIJA) Got bored with the color and ended up buying these, blue. Not even 40mins of me enjoying the swap, I'm ordering another set of buttons! Can't wait!!! Thanks for this!

Where did you get the shaft and the nice balltop?

The repeated R1/R2 on the Victrix was the biggest issue for me. In order to fix, I had to download the companion app and remap the controls and also remap my controls in the game to get all of my buttons and then DI, DP on R1/R2. also its just super expensive... I do like the modularity of the various buttons and configurations

Can this stick be used to do select-linking/option-linking?

I have this also. But if the ball on the stick gets greasy from pizza 🍕 or some other kind of food, it’s slippery as hell. All in all worth if. Maybe make the ball have some grip to it.

Would you be able to recommend this fight stick for high level competitive play in tekken?

I believe it's extremely overpriced. I prefer a noir layout and it's not available with the victrix and sanwa components $30 for a full setup. The case and pcb are not worth the additional $300+ especially adding the lack of a plexiglass panel for custom art.
