An interesting possibility. If conception took place during Hanukkah, and birth Tishri 15, then it could not have been a leap year, since Kislev 25 to Tishri 15 is 284 or 285 days. It is interesting to note that this places the conception in December, and in 2AD puts last day of Hanukkah on Dec 25, using the present Jewish calendar.
