No they dont, gluten has to be broken down into its amino acids before absorbed and reaching any nerves at all. At that point theres no relation to gluten anymore. If theres any negative effect from these amino acids, which is highly unlikely, it would occur any time those are consumed, whether gluten is present or not...

As a retired veteran I agree with this premise completely. When you teach morality within your military as well as the skills associated with war you are empowering individuals and challenging them to be aware of the complex situations. Being honest when we look at our enemies, the vast majority don't have anything against you, rather they are just living their lives and doing the best they can. It is important and effective to keep that in mind. The w**** is that a company wore create emotional triggers that can be easily manipulated through propaganda.

I remember being on 50 mg of adderoll from the beginning of grade school until I turned 18 and stopped taking it when it became my choice. Hear my words. It was hell. I felt no emotions. I had no desire to socialize, exercise, or have hobbies. If I wasn't performing a "task" or "assignment" then I would just stare at the wall, no thoughts going through my head. I felt like a zombie. For the longest time I also couldn't sleep until the early hours of the morning until the medication wore off, often only getting 2 hours of sleep, if that. On top of that I had zero appetite or desire to eat throughout the entire day. I had to be forced to eat every day because my brain felt like I was always full so it felt painful to eat anything. I was always the skinniest kid. I finally got above 100lbs after I stopped taking the medication. I had to learn how to eat and meal plan at university. When I started making friends they were amazed at how much I didn't know about things that were second nature to them. For example I had to learn what hobbies were, I had to learn how to exercise (it was never mandatory in my schools to take PE class, my friends had to tell me what it was). I basically had to create an entire personality and discover myself at age 18, as if I had never been alive. I will never question the decisions my parents made but I feel strongly that I was robbed of my childhood because of how much I missed. All because my teachers said I couldn't sit still for 8 hours and quietly work on some useless worksheet. I am confident that the medication stunted my intelligence, height, growth and structural build. I will never put my kids through that hell.
Before meditating, I sometimes just don't want to do it. But after, I'm so glad I did.
When the pandemic started, my Dad and I would start Sunday morning withwatching a comedian. I hadn't thought about it till now. I'm not a Dr. but I believe laughter is the best medicine. Thanks so much!
