Hi i have a problem. There is no light on the ink logo. 🩸 like that. I still perform the "Charging ink". When i try to print a nozzle check pattern,there was no ink comming out. No ink on the paper

Just be sure to print a nozzle check every 3-4 days. While turned off, give the printer a light shake every week. Pigmented inks tend to settle and that causes clogs.

I can’t decide between cricut maker 3 or cameo 5, as I would like to do lots of paper crafting that may use vinyl, foils, cardstocks, possibly do some tshirt prints and sticker etc… As I have heard cameo can do just about anything cricut can but more and better Any printer recommendations that works well without spending to much?

Tracey weather and humidity plays a part in cure time. If you didn't mix it well enough you would more likely have areas that were sticky and not set properly. It does look really lovely the pink tint is a great touch.
