Good job----------The word needs to go out nationwide that these "ibuyers" and "Zillow Zestimates" are borderline frauds. Good Realtors from around the country and across brokerage lines should be allied in combatting this well-funded semi-fraud.

The algorithms are tweaked by human beings, and with Zillow considering using the Zestimate as the price they will pay you in their flipping game, you can bet your bottom dollar the algorithms are skewed to create lower values.

I’m so over gray. I’m house hunting and any home painted in gray is almost an automatic no. I’m prepping my house for sale and I repainted mine from very light spring green, mid tone blue and vanilla colors to light blue (with a gray/green undertone on the main level), Kilim beige and dark blue (master bedroom and bath) and sage green (basement) in prep for sale. I even repainted the ceilings white and that made a huge improvement! I’m a big believer in painting top down now. Nice video!
