Regarding Hammer, I've read people found data in Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow relating to him being playable during the Julius mode, perhaps as a stand in for Grant. For whatever reason, they cut him from development and focused instead on Yoko and Alucard being his allies.

Ring of wraiths gives you body regen 10 per turn, and as for scroll of black arts... it teaches the seemingly strongest spell in the game, Black Orb. :D It's a quite good idea to give some spells to the Girl if you mean to keep her. And as for best characters for starters... Cahara with escape plan and his skills is a bit of easy mode at the start, but also Darce is literally strong as in battle (the skills and starting gear - whichever you choose).

I find odd to call Lords of Shadow an alternative timeline, like, Castlevania don't have one unique main timeline, I mean, it did, but the original was already discarded by the IGA version decades ago, and by the time of Lords of Shadow, it was the main modern canon and only Castlevania timeline. Now we have the Netflix version too, so LoS was just one of the many Castlevania alternative canon timelines. No less important than the IGA one.

It's not that complicated. He stumbled into youtube success accidentally, played a character to keep the money coming in, matured out of videogames, got a real job, and now spends the bare minimum of time on cinemamassacre but still wants money from it without doing any work. He has always seen his viewers as nothing more than a source of add revenue and his viewers have always seen him as nothing more than free entertainment. There's nothing wrong or abnormal about that. Your comment on his children however is strange to say the least. Thankfully you are never going to reproduce. So we won't have to put up with more people like you in the future.

hi, just now coming around to this video. The statue does not dissappear. There are 2 areas that can be accessed on different floors. they look very similar but one has the statue and the other doesnt

The reason Gherman and the orphan share the same cry is because the “hunter’s nightmare” is literally a nightmare that Gherman is having. I believe the player is experiencing the very first hunt that Gherman took part in and then ultimately the experiments done by Byrgenworth and what they did to the mother of Kos. He and Maria are responsible for everything that happened. It’s Ghermans nightmare so that’s why we hear his cry during the Orphan fight. That’s why the mother of Kos corpse looks like Queen Yharnam in her wedding dress, that’s why the doll looks like Maria. Everything is about the guilt that Gherman has in his mind from these events. I believe we are experiencing his nightmare in the DLC. Gherman was the first Hunter, he was around when the healing church was founded. That explains why Ludwig is in the DLC. It’s all the horrors that Gherman witnessed. Maria is protecting the way that leads to the mother of Kos corpse. It’s the reason she says “best leave a corpse alone”. She’s not talking about her corpse. It’s a warning to the player not to do what they did to the mother of Kos and disturb her corpse on the beach.

i don't wanna be mean but a quarter of the things in this iceberg are just poorly elaborated on, yeah i get it there isn't a lot of info about certain topics, but you seem to barley even know about the topics that are already fully established & fleshed out. 45:52 the only thing I can think of is that originally Dark Souls was going to be a Demon Souls sequel but Sony wouldn’t sign off so Bandai took it and they changed some things to make borderline the same game however ip friendly to avoid lawsuits from Sony. All of that is to say people could interpret Bloodborne as the next in line from that mindset, especially with it making the level design a kind of mix between dark souls and demon souls level design, essentially making it “demon souls 3”
