The Beatles | All You Need Is Love | Instrumental Cover
Here is my cover of All You Need is Love! One of my favourites. It's hard to listen to and not feel happy. As you can see I got a bit creative with the 'set design' here. Sorry for the lack of videos recently, I was on holiday for a month, and haven't had much other time for recording. Hope you enjoy! Let me know what songs you'd like to see next in the comments.
In early 1967, the BBC began publicizing the world's first global television program known as 'Our World'. As part of the broadcast, the Beatles would perform live in EMI studios recording a song written specifically for the occasion. It was decided that a backing track would be carried out ahead of time, and that the group would record over existing material for the live broadcast.
In Olympic Studios, this backing track consisted of a rather strange lineup. Ringo on drums, Paul on a double-bass, a violin played by George, and John playing a harpsichord. This was then mixed down to one mono track and taken back to EMI. With the remaining tracks, the group recorded some backing vocals, a banjo played by John, percussion (back of an acoustic guitar) from Ringo and George Martin on piano.
For the broadcast, all these instruments would be mixed down to one track, while simultaneously recording live material onto the other three. Track one was the sub-mix, track two was bass, guitar and drums, track three was a small orchestra, and track four was Lennon's live vocals; of which he later replaced several parts for the song release. John was also using a tambourine, which can be heard in the background.
Instrument List:
Fender JV Stratocaster
Axiom 4001 Rickenbacker Bass copy
Epiphone J45 Inspired by Gibson
Sonivox Harpsichord VST
Bitsonic Grand Piano VST
An old, dusty banjo
Tambourine
Handclaps
Backing Vocals

The Beatles | I've Just Seen A Face | Instrumental Cover

Here is my cover of I've Just Seen a Face by the Beatles, an underrated tune from the Help! album. Without doubt one of the nicest intros they recorded. Hope you enjoy, please subscribe for more videos, and comment what you'd like to see next! Recorded in June 1965, this is a three-part acoustic song, it doesn't feature any electrics or bass guitar. George played a somewhat bass-line substitute...
Simon and Garfunkel | The Sound of Silence (Electric Version) | Guitar, Bass and Vocal Cover
Переглядів 1,5 тис.Рік тому
A new guitar has joined my collection! My new acoustic is a Morris W-60, a high-end Japanese Martin copy from the 80s. I've been listening to a lot of acoustic folk and songwriter styles of music recently, so I thought I'd introduce it with a Simon and Garfunkel song. This is my cover of the electric version of the Sounds of Silence. I've also been playing around with a new video recording setu...

Amazing cover! Thank you.
insane 😮
What amp did you use in those covers?
I agree this is an underrated track, and one I have a great sentimental attachment to. Your cover is, by far, the best I’ve ever heard and I’m grateful for it. Thanks, Nick! Keep up the great work!
Hey this is great :) I’m making an animated cover do you mind if I use this instrumental? (I will give credit ofc) :))
Have you tried recording the drum parts for your covers?
Luckily the Beatles don’t play badly. Thank my God.
Did you use the isolated drum track from the original song, or did you record the drums yourself?
I have always wanted to learn how to play the saucepan 😂😂😂
It is not original, rght
I think there is some clipping in the intro no hate 👍
Have Paul or Ringo have seen this? Because they definitely need to see this.
As a person who shares your obsession with this song, I deeply appreciate what you’ve done here.
Marvellous ❤
Really great!! Thank you from Spain
Incredible. Welcome back!
Absolutely excellent
Well done my friend,I used to like doing this for most songs I liked too. Learning all the different instrumentals from lead to drums, bass and keyboard. Which came in handy for teaching new band members their parts to a song.

Can u isolate the banjo please
Well done
FAB!!
❤
Made me smile and subscribe
Nice I didn’t know there was banjo
Awesome
my goodness that sounds phenomenal!
Yes mate!!! Super stoked to see you’re back, and with the best cover of All you need is love by far! Definitely the first cover I’ve seen that uses a banjo. Easily the closest sounding cover that’s out there, from you absolutely nailing the banjo, harpsichord and piano parts, getting the tones and playing of the bass and guitar to be perfect, and the addition of all the percussion and background vocals.
Thanks Luke!
Pauls pullover 😂😂😂
I'm late to the party but bravo. Such a good job.
Unreal cover!!!! You nailed the Beatles sound 100%!!! Kudos!!!
what is lead guitar tuning?
this shit is raw as hell, can i use this for my ringtone? pls pls pls
Exceptional videos Nick... Any chance you could do the Jimmy Page acoustic song "Spanish Blood" ua-cam.com/video/QK1ia1HdVD4/v-deo.html Thanks
EPIC! no other word to describe this
What an amazing job ❤
This is extraordinary and awesome!
Absoluteky fantastic. One of my favorite songs ever. Allot of effort went into this. Well done.
paul´s voice in this song is chilling
A very accurate cover and tutorial of a Beatles cover! Written by the late, great, Buddy Hooly, but given depth and soul and brought to life by the mighty Beatles. Thanks for uploading.
Buddy Hooly? I'm gonna suggest my next band be called that!
For decades I always thought this was the last song written for Revolver only to read a couple years ago that it was the first one. This really blew my mind.
That is a great job on a great song. This is my favorite version, another cover. ua-cam.com/video/E-6s9JlNSkU/v-deo.html
This is a really good take of the song :)
best cover of Flying I've ever seen, it's better than the original song, congratulations
This is probably the most effort I've ever seen anyone put into a single song.
George doesn’t play on the basic track as he was running around with an ashtray over his head, trying to do an Arthur Brown.
